Responsibilities:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Nissan vehicles and differentiate them to existing and potential customers;
- Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions to include running credit applications and processing transaction paperwork;
- Responds to online internet inquiries and engages in online dialogues answering questions regarding vehicles from customers: requires strong writer with excellent written skills both grammar and spelling.
Job duties include:
- Monitoring and retrieving Internet leads from our website, dealer, manufacturer, and third party sites;
- Determining each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening;
- Demonstrating new and used vehicles, including going on test drives;
- Selling both new and used vehicles
- Delivering vehicles to customer and ensure that the customer understands the product features of the vehicle, warranty and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
- Attending sales meetings
- Meeting with the sales manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis
- Other duties as assigned
Hours:
- Monday through Saturday on a rotating schedule. No Sundays. This is a full time position offering a great benefits package and ongoing sales training and advancement within the company.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a e-Commerce/sales consultant in either automotive sales, outside sales, retail sales or telemarketing sales preferred, but entry level candidates without automotive sales or other sales experience are encouraged to apply
- Highly proficient computer skills
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationship (i.e. a “people person)
- Professional appearance
- Demonstrated experience with internet channels
- Quick response time
- Excellent written skills (grammar and spelling)
- College / some college preferred
- Professionalism, ethical, respectful
- Ability to respond to all personality types with professionalism
- Current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required
